Responsibilities
include:
- Carrying out inductions and briefings with staff in the company
- Working with a vairety of clients, attending meetings on the company’s behalf and acting as a point of contact.
- Providing feedback, coaching and identify training needs as required.
- Promoting best culture in terms of health, safety and environmental process
- Driving improvements in health, safety and the environment across the business.
- Carrying out Accident investigations - undertaking root cause analysis, producing resolutions and ensure corrective action is taken
The Ideal Candidate:
-Nebosh general certificate is a baseline requirement for this role
-Experience working on rail infrastructure projects (Network Rail)
-Previous experience in a role of similar capacity - carrying out root cause investigations, driving H&S improvements, liaising with internal teams
-Flexibility to travel across the UK to various sites, work to meet requirements of the tasks
