As a Solution Manager within the Merchant & Third Party Operations Team, you will act as a subject matter expert for Integrator services, ensuring the smooth operation of our merchant services. You will build strong relationships with Integrators, manage a portfolio of accounts, and lead initiatives around critical card brand and industry mandates. Job responsibilities Manages Integrator and Semi-Integrated Account utilizing a consultative approach by providing consulting services to a portfolio of integrators. This includes service providers, payment applications, software vendors, semi-integrated integrators, non-payment service providers Acts as subject matter expert for technology partner services, including system/data flows, internal/external process dependencies and all matters regarding Integrators Provides coaching, direction, and guidance to internal teams regarding integrator relationships to ensure knowledge sharing Manages initiatives around critical card brand and industry mandates to ensure a seamless process for Integrators and for merchants to continue to operate as expected Leads the discussions for any integration by a new/prospective integrator or semi-integrated partners Manages projects in terms of taking responsibility for coordinating and facilitating delivery of project objectives, tracking progress and review of project tasks to make certain deadlines Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills Strong and effective skills in problem solving and analytical reasoning A strong interest in, and general understanding of Merchant Services, compliance, quality, operations, legal, & risk Excellent written and verbal communication skill and the ability to present at an executive level Strong customer/client focus while ensuring a sound control environment Strategic thinking; proven ability to drive change Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s Degree Previous experience in the Merchant Services industry Experience in working with vendors/integrators
