Currently recruiting for Fee Earners and Solicitors for a top 500 law firm, largely regarded as being top of their field with offices based nationwide. The company specialises in a range of areas within the legal field and due to continued growth is expandiding its Credit Hire team, seeking someone that is passionate about the work they do, and passionate about getting the best results for their clients.
The role will deal with an array of Credit Hire Claims managing a caselong of litigated and fast track credit hire cases.
There is a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases for you to dig your teeth into, with responsibilities including:
* Complience with Court directions
* Complience with Court orders
* Running your own cases efficiently and providing regular updates to credit hire companies throughout.
* Buling and Maintaining relationships with the credit hire company.
* End to End case management - from initial proceeding to trial
* Utilising case manament and diary systems - Proclaim
* Ability to Negitate - Settle - Achieve best outcome
The successful candidates for this position will have Previous Credit Hire Experience and will ultimately be comfortable handling a varied caseload of RTA claims from conception to completion.
To excel in this role, a full understanding of the PI process will be needing including knowledge surrounding costs.
Additionally you will have strong knowledge of case law, the MOJ protocol, the pre action procotol for PI claims and the CPR.

The role is fully office based - Monday to Friday - normal hours are 9-5 however the company remain flexible with this.
