* Uphold client contract requirements, aiming to exceed Key Performance Indicators.
* Perform reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks with utmost precision.
* Adhere to established standard and emergency protocols.
* Implement and uphold the account’s Risk & Safety practices to minimize disruptions to client operations.
* Collaborate closely with the wider team to identify areas for enhancing technical service delivery. Continuous Development:
* Proactively seek and implement improvements to elevate service quality and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* HV/LV Authorized Person AP15 (Training refreshers provided).
* Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
* HNC & HND qualifications in engineering.
* Confined Authorized Person (Training refreshers provided).
* Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person (Training refreshers provided).
* IOSH certification. Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
* Previous experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.
* Proficiency in PC operations and familiarity with systems like BMS and other digital control/monitoring platforms.
