Your Role: Customer Service Coordinator

1. Efficiently manage and book orders within agreed lead times.
2. Perform thorough checks on orders, ensuring accuracy for both your own and your colleagues' entries.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, serving both internal and external customers.
4. Investigate and resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
5. Work with customer data and historical forecasts to manage stock control effectively.
