We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate recruitment administrator to join a fun and sociable headquarters in Birmingham City Centre! This is 4 days in office, 1 day at home, offering £23.5k a year on an 18-month FTC.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to join a recruitment and HR team and work in a fun, sociable office!
Duties:
1. Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and clients
2. Managing diaries
3. Booking in meetings and sending out interview links
4. Managing the central inbox
5. Answering recruitment queries
6. Sending out contracts of employment and new starter onboarding information
7. Writing and posting job adverts
8. Handling any other queries
For this role, you would ideally need previous experience in an office, ideally within recruitment or HR.
