Our client us looking for a CIPD Level 3 qualified HR professional to join their team in a dual-focused role covering all aspects of HR administration and advisory work while providing basic talent support to the Recruitment Team. This role is ideal for someone with HR Administration/Assistant experience looking to progress into an HR Assistant role. The successful candidate must have at least 18 months of remote working experience in an HR role and be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
* Provide first-line HR support, responding to queries from employees and managers.
* Support employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, flexible working and performance issues.
* Manage core HR processes, including onboarding, probation reviews, and offboarding.
* Perform general HR administration, including maintaining records and updating HR system.
* Provide ad hoc support to our Head of Learning & Development when required.
* Provide basic talent support.
* Support the Head of Talent with placing adverts/communicating with our preferred agency and undertaking interviews for HQ hiring where needed.
