Why Join us Working with the PR & Social Media Manage our profile on review sites and support the business to achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities - What you will do: Monitor incoming reviews on Trustpilot and Google, respond to positive reviews with bespoke messages. Assist in the investigation of negative reviews to support the PR & Social Media Executive Flag any negative reviews from potential vulnerable customers to the manager and ensure claims journey is progressing. Record the causes of negative reviews. Ensure and accurate record is kept of employee rewards from five-star reviews. Work with business areas to drive up positive reviews and increase our overall score. Assist with collating information for the company intranet. Organise and promote volunteering opportunities for all employees at various locations throughout the year to ensure all employees have the opportunity to utilise the charity day company benefit. Attend along with the staff taking photos and showcase these on social media. Person Specification Experience & Knowledge 1 year customer service experience Experience in Insurance or social media would be advantageous Skills & Abilities Good spoken and written communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to understand and follow internal processes. PC literate with great administrative skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Use of social media/review sites. I.e. Trustpilot, Google, Facebook & LinkedIn.
