Main duties of the job To provide and maintain a high standard of evidence based, patient centred care. To demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and to develop practical skills required within the speciality, whist reflecting the philosophy of care.Effectively managing teams in an integrated environment to support the safe and effective care of patients in the community adopting the home is best policy. Recognising the need for escalation to an acute bed when necessary but in discussion with key stakeholders to ensure that all community avenues have been exhausted before conveyance. The post will require support the management of admin and clinical staff.
