Working as part of our range, space and formats team, reporting to the Range (Technical Data Manager), the range coordinator will be provide support and analytics to the ensure the output models and tools to deliver the growth plan are robust and sufficient with support and training to the users to adopt. Understand and be the support for ongoing system developments including Microsoft Power Platform – Including Query, Automate, BI and more. Support the ongoing accuracy of maintenance of data quality and integrity across the master range list, and how this will evolve with additional formats Ensure regular cadence for updates to data and how this is communicated Through support of the data manager, identify and specify data needs and quality requirements, managing data defects and work closely with the Technical Data Manager to ensure data is available, accurate and corresponds to the business needs. Provide Internal SME data support and be available as a go to point for all data management tasks Manage the relationships with the commercial teams, ensuring new and existing data adds value and is fit for purpose and that we are getting the maximum value from our data assets. Support a view to track, monitor and update the status of all the technical projects and construct a roadmap of delivery to be shared with commercial that manages delivery expectations Support process flows and user guides to aid the roll out/ ongoing implementation of range Setup additional requirements/ adhoc requests within the current tools with planned and unplanned circumstances Able to relate to end users, whether commercial, supply chain or technical functions Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and establish and maintain strong relationships A passion for learning skills and experience with the power platform or other system development tools. Experience of working to tight timescales Experience with coding or software languages an advantage. What’s in it for me?
