We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and empathetic HR Administrator, to join our school to administer and co-ordinate human resources responsibilities for our successful secondary school.
The successful candidate must have excellent HR Knowledge, a ‘can-do’ attitude, the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and the ability to establish a friendly and respectful rapport with students and staff.
The successful candidate will take on the following responsibilities:
* Maintaining HR records and streamlining HR operations.
* Supporting and coordinating recruitment and selection activities.
* Administration and coordination of performance appraisals.
* Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team and the Principals PA on HR-related tasks.
* Liaising with the finance department on payroll matters.
* Engaging with external HR consultants on HR-related issues.
