Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and abilities
* Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
* Assist students in improving their academic skills and achieving educational goals
* Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure students' progress
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN educational practices and strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment
