About the Job
As a Team Leader in Clydebuilt, you will be the face of the restaurant. You will provide an excellent service to all guests and help manage the team. Attention to detail and a focus on creating an efficient and seamless experience are essential. Youâll be working with a range of clientele, offering personalized service in our dynamic on-site restaurant.
Your role is imperative to the success of the restaurant and will include leading a team of staff to serve customers and clients the food and drink as required â this will involve the sale and service of alcohol if over 18 years old.

Operational Excellence
Responsibility over the service and management of an allocated area; including but not limited to:
- Leading and delivering event team briefing and completion of event paperwork
- Leading and motivating the team, ensuring on the job training is being delivered as applicable
- Debrief for any staff, service, or customer feedback; feedback to Operations Managers; complete closing check list and ensure the service area is secure and clean
