We're now ready to accelerate our growth in 2025 with our first dedicated Business Development Manager.
The Opportunity: As our first BDM, you'll take ownership of our established sales process, working directly with our agency director who currently manages all sales alongside other responsibilities.
You'll step into: A ready-made pipeline of inbound leads from our successful marketing campaigns A proven sales process with demonstrated conversion rates Direct mentorship from our director to master our approach The chance to drive our next phase of growth in 2025 and beyond Your Role: Convert qualified leads from multiple channels (organic, email campaigns, and paid ads) Lead discovery calls and proposal presentations with business owners Conduct targeted LinkedIn prospecting to identify and engage potential clients Work alongside our director to close high-value opportunities Manage and nurture relationships with potential clients Help scale our successful lead generation operation What Makes This Role Different: Focus on quality: work with pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold calling) Clear structure: proven templates and frameworks for success Expert support: direct access to leadership for strategic discussions Growth potential: shape our sales function as we scale What We're Looking For: 3-4 years of consultative B2B sales experience Track record of exceeding targets in solution-based selling Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Professional, energetic approach to business development Knowledge & understanding of digital marketing landscape What We Offer: Remote working with 1-2 days in the office per month Competitive base with uncapped commission structure (£75k OTE) Industry-leading parental leave: 12 weeks full pay Generous pension matching up to 10% Regular team socials and annual company retreats Comprehensive training and development
