Here at Contract Personnel, we are recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established, market-leading machinery supplier. As a successful candidate, you will be required to work as part of a well-trained and experienced team, based at our client’s West Sussex branch.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure maintenance and repair are carried out on machinery sold by our client, within the allocated region.
2. Strong communication skills – liaising with customers and colleagues in a professional, polite manner.
3. Competent with raising invoices and completing job cards.
4. Assisting customers with the loading and unloading of machinery.
5. Proficient with Microsoft packages and general PC skills.
6. Ability to communicate with a diverse level of people – varied business levels.
7. Maintain client confidentiality.
8. Must have a flexible and approachable manner to all tasks in hand.
9. Self-motivated, confident, and ability to show initiative.
10. Maintaining a presentable appearance.
Additional Information:
Contract: Permanent, full time OR part time, salaried.
Location: West Sussex.
Hours: 25 to 40 hours per week, between Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 17.00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch each day).
Salary: Competitive, based on experience, paid hourly.
