Key Responsibilities: Opera System Knowledge : Experience with Opera or a similar PMS system is ideal; we welcome candidates with foundational knowledge and a willingness to learn. Customer Service Excellence : Previous experience in a guest-facing role is essential. You will handle guest interactions, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any conflicts professionally and efficiently. Fluent English Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Leadership Experience : Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in hospitality is essential. You will manage and motivate a small night team. Duty Manager Skills : Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including pool testing, is desirable. Willingness to Train : Preparedness to complete First Aid and Pool Responder training, if needed. Administrative Proficiency : Capable of creating staff rotas and managing administrative tasks, with a readiness to learn new computer systems. Conference Management : Ability to manage and prepare conference room setups during the night shift, optimizing day staff resources.
