About the Role:
You will play a key role in the Vehicle Build department, assembling and preparing mechanical sub:assemblies and components for integration into our bespoke restorations. This includes the sub:assembly of chassis parts, requiring a keen eye for detail, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a passion for delivering high:quality craftsmanship in a luxury automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble mechanical sub:components, including chassis parts, with precision, ensuring seamless integration within the vehicle build process.
* Work with a variety of hand and power tools to build sub:assemblies to exacting specifications.
* Inspect components for quality and ensure they meet the high standards expected in luxury vehicle restoration.
* Follow technical drawings and build instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Collaborate closely with vehicle build technicians, engineers, and fabricators to ensure efficient workflow and seamless integration.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
* Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in parts or assemblies to maintain the highest quality standards.
