What the Job Involves Providing managers with essential financial information and reports for effective service delivery and planning. Delivering trend commentary and financial projections on budgets and grant funding. Assisting in procurement and tendering processes for goods and services. Maintaining management information systems to record key service activities. Monitoring and analyzing performance data, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Leading on data gathering for FOI and other information requests, and being the main contact for the Direct Payment System. Supervising the finance team including recruitment, induction, appraisal, and maintaining team morale. Supporting the implementation of agreed policies and procedures and providing cover for Support Officer colleagues as needed.
