KeyResponsibilities:
* Communicatingdirectly with clients and business owners via email andtelephone
* Usingsoftware to send statements and maintain accurate records (trainingprovided)
* Collaboratingwith internal managers partners the Head of Finance and theCFO
* Developingand managing paymentplans
* Resolvingcustomer queries and escalating wherenecessary
* Processingcardpayments
* Managingescalations of debtors for legal action whenrequired
Requirements
AboutYou: Our ideal candidate willhave:
* Aminimum of 2 years experience in CreditControl
* Familiaritywith legal procedures (desirable but notessential)
* Excellentcustomer service skills and a professional telephonemanner
* Strongattention to detail and the ability to prioritise taskseffectively
* Experienceworking within a B2Cenvironment
* Previousaccounts experience (desirable but notrequired)
