Main duties of the job Are you a qualified Health Visitor with knowledge and skills to provide evidence-based interventions within the 0-19 service? The service was reaccredited in March 2024 with the UNICEF Baby Friendly Gold Award and is supported by a Specialist Infant Feeding Team. The post holder will be responsible to lead on the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme within the context of integrated prevention and early help locality teams. They will ensure universal contact is offered for the five nationally mandated reviews.
