Job summary Children's Community Physiotherapist Band 5 This is a specialist community role within a dynamic and forward-thinking team in the diverse boroughs of the City of London and Hackney. We seek a motivated clinician with core physiotherapy skills to join our team in this newly created role. You will clinically support the community team primarily across MSK caseloads but will includeneuro disability. You will carry your own caseload and run and facilitate a number of groups. Sessions will take place in the Hackney Ark, Schools, Community sites, GP surgeries, Gyms and children's centers. Main duties of the job This role will be key in advancing place-based care and linking in the the City and Hackney neighbourhood plans., ensuring supervision, appraisal and development. Service areas include: Musculoskeletal sessions and groups, transition, early years, targeted community intervention groups, gait assessment and orthotic provision, community respiratory input and aqua therapy.
