Position Overview: Ensuring our clients have seamless and efficient access to our solutions and software. There will be many new software platforms to learn - training will be provided for these.
We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. You will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in helping our clients succeed while contributing to the growth and success of Garage Vitals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging with clients to understand and resolve their technical issues, providing expert support to help them navigate and overcome challenges efficiently.
* Providing remote technical support to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to the clients' operations.
* Implementing and managing automation solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
* Delivery of cloud-stored data to enhance accessibility and efficiency for clients.
* Collaborating with the team to develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
* Continuously monitoring and evaluating support processes to identify areas for improvement.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Participating in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
* Contributing to the overall growth and success of the company by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in technical support, (automation and PowerShell good to have)
* Strong understanding of remote support tools and techniques.
* Experience in implementing automation tools and streamlining processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
