My client, a leading technology consulting company is seeking a dynamic office manager to help oversee internal operations, and sustain efficiency within the working environment. This is a part time permanent role, based in Belfast city centre. If you have 2-3 years + experience in a similar role and a reputation for professionalism, and organisation then this is the right opportunity for you. The Role Heres what youll be diving into: Oversee day-to-day office activities, and act as main point of contact for staff & visitors alike. Keep management informed regularly via performance reports. Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted performance, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate food deliveries when required. Manage all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (ex: moves, additions, changes to workstations). Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events; booking travel; maintaining file systems; mailing and shipping packages; and updating contacts database and employee lists. What were looking for: Proven experience 2-3 + years in Office Manager related roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A passion for people & organisation.
