Job Summary
As an Administrative Assistant at CAREROSE CARE Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
Office Support
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing paperwork. Assist with the organization and maintenance of office supplies.
Communication
Facilitate communication within the office and with external stakeholders.Respond to inquiries, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
Scheduling and Coordination
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Liaise with caregivers and other team members to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
Documentation and Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and organized records of client information and administrative documents.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
Assistance with HR Functions:
Support human resources functions, including onboarding paperwork and record maintenance.
Assist in organizing training sessions and staff development programs.
Client Services Support:
Collaborate with the client services team to address inquiries and assist with administrative aspects of client care.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
