THE ROLE: Full-time position supporting children with diverse special educational needs (even if you are looking for part time, get in touch). Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet each student’s unique requirements. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Work closely with parents, support staff, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students. Teaching across Key Stages 1-5, depending on the school’s needs. Proven experience working with children who have SEN, such as MLD, ASC, ADHD, or SEMH. Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions. Patience, creativity, and a passion for supporting children with additional needs. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply immediately).
