Gleeson Recruitment Group seeks a seasoned Facilities Management Director to oversee the management and monitoring of reactive, remedial, and planned maintenance tasks for high-risk concession contracts.
Estimated Salary: £38,500 - £42,000 per annum
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4 within the FM Helpdesk team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Services (HBS) who reports to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor high-risk reactive and planned tasks to ensure timely completion and escalation when necessary.
* Manage the reactive job logging process for concessions portfolio, adhering to SLA/KPI obligations and considering financial and logistical implications.
* Continuously improve CAFM system processes and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
* Ensure timely processing of goods receipts and review aged open purchase orders within CAFM.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of contract risks associated with reactive and planned tasks, minimizing these risks while providing an exceptional service to clients.
* Conduct regular management audits as defined by the auditing schedule and report findings to the Head of Business Performance.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership skills and experience in facilities management.
* In-depth knowledge of reactive, remedial, and planned maintenance.
* Understanding of PGI/LIFT/BSF contract obligations.
* Passion for facilities management and customer service delivery.
* Confidence in conducting presentations.
