COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT - INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT - INSIDE IR35
One of Loriens Dundee based Public sector clients are looking for a strong Communications assistant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
To work with the Communications Managers and Communications Officers to carry out a range of communications, marketing and digital engagement tasks which support the organisations Communications and Policy Department.
This includes:
* social media management
* content creation across all platforms
* our internal and external email newsletters
* updating our website and Intranet information materials.
Essential Skills:
* Demonstrable experience in a communications, marketing or information assistant role.
* Experience using social media.
* Experience of writing and proofreading copy for online newsletters, leaflets etc.
* Operating within busy environment.
* Handling confidential information.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to analyse results/insights.
* Concise and clear oral and written skills.
* Effective organisational skills and time management.
* Set and prioritise own workload.
* Effective administrative skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc
