Working in unison with the Full Time Scheduler, deliver detailed and synchronised maintenance plans for circa 260 Manchester Airport owned vehicles in line with Regulatory Operators Licences, Manchester Airports vehicle and equipment maintenance standards contained within the Aerodrome Manual and manufacturers recommendations. Deliver detailed and synchronised maintenance plans for circa 1500 external customers Vehicles and Ground Support Equipment in line with the Manchester Airport Aerodrome Manual, vehicle and equipment maintenance standards and manufacturers recommendations. Ensure maximum equipment availability in line with customer Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. Raise the relevant jobs on the operating system (TRANMAN) and prepare all inspection and service documentation. Raise Purchase Orders as required for maintenance to support the Motor Transport business, ensuring the cost is annotated against the appropriate budget line. What will make you successful in the role? The successful candidate will have experience in delivering high performance in a fast moving and demanding operation where flexibility is key. Experience in IT operating systems including Microsoft Office platforms especially Excel is essential. The successful candidate must be a good communicator with the ability to articulate with clarity information both written and verbal to all levels of the business and to customers. An engineering-based experience of planning and scheduling in a maintenance environment would be an advantage, training and mentoring will be provided. It is also essential that you currently hold a full UK driving license with no more than 3 points.
