You will manage our small Business Support team to deliver high-quality proactive Business Support to my client. You will be responsible for administrative management, coordinating and managing office facilities, governance and compliance and health and safety. This is an office-based and full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the Business Support team
2. Appropriately delegate tasks across the Business Support team
3. Proactively strive to develop and optimise Business Support processes and procedures
4. Oversee facilities and office management
5. Oversee associate onboarding and administration
6. Proactively manage, maintain, and optimise business infrastructure including telecoms
7. Coordinate and manage external support specialists / advisors
8. Manage compliance including GDPR and Cyber Security across the business/health and safety management
9. Undertake induction / new starter requirements and appropriate paperwork / administration
10. Support the creation, development and maintenance of professional proposals, reports and
11. presentations
12. Provide support for any project / online portal submissions
13. Coordinate company events and conferences
14. Point of contact for the offsite team, taking internal calls, assessing priorities, re-directing enquiries and requests as necessary
