QHSE Manager (Manufacturing)

Are you a QHSE manager with experience within an engineering environment, looking for a fully autonomous role where you will be responsible for implementing and driving the operational and functional SHEQ management for a leading UK provider of industrial water treatment solutions working with some of the biggest names in the country? You will be in a pivotal role, responsible for the direction, coordination and implementation of the company's Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality policies. The Role:
* Lead QHSE management, ensuring continual improvement and compliance with ISO standards.
* Foster a positive QHSE culture by engaging stakeholders and embedding best practices.
* Develop and manage QHSE systems in collaboration with management and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with QHSE legislation and industry standards.
* Facilitate audits from certification bodies, customers, and other parties.
* Manage industry audits such as Achilles and CHAS.
* Maintain IMS Health & Safety register and Environmental legal registers.
* Investigate accidents and near-misses, ensuring thorough documentation and corrective actions.
* Conduct internal QHSE audits, oversee corrective actions, and produce management reports.
* Deliver QHSE inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety awareness initiatives.
* Manage document control to meet standards and operational needs.
* Support frameworks, tenders, and customer inquiries.
* Oversee equipment inspections, lifting, and calibrations.
* Manage COSHH assessments and conduct DSE assessments.
The Person:
* Knowledge of ISO 9001
* Experience as a QHSE manager
