Are you the very special teacher our pupils need?
Our children need a hard working, caring, positive and motivated professional who will ideally have experience of working with children with autism and associated social and communication difficulties and severe learning difficulties.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher to fill a maternity cover position.
You will nurture, teach and inspire a small KS2 class of pupils with autism and associated communication difficulties and severe learning difficulties. You will start this position on 1st July 2025; we may consider an earlier start for the right candidate. Experience of working within a specialist provision will be an advantage, but mainstream colleagues are extremely welcome to apply. We are looking for the right personal attributes, and we can help you with the rest. You will need to be calm, flexible, resilient, and most of all loving. The successful candidate will either be an experienced and successful SEN teacher who wants to develop their career, or a mainstream teacher who has a desire and passion to move to special needs teaching either full time or part time. Please get in touch, come and have a look around at our wonderful school.
