As a member of our relief team, you'll help us to make sure that we can continue to deliver excellent care and support during times of colleague annual leave, training and absence. You'll help the people we support with all aspects of daily living, including going to appointments, personal care, shopping, cooking, housework and medication. You'll also find yourselves getting involved in many of their hobbies and interests too, which include going for walks, the cinema, the pub, arts & crafts, baking, day trips and much more About You We're looking for people who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of others. We recruit on values and transferrable skills, so you don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need.
