Job overview
The aim of this role is to further develop and provide operational support for the Healthy Ealing programme in Ealing. This team will use targeted, culturally competent and innovative approaches to deliver or facilitate effective activities to improve health and wellbeing to specific groups.
Main duties of the job
* Provide administrative support to the Healthy Ealing Team to coordinate health outreach events for local targeted population groups.
* Support the achievement of agreed Health and Local Authority performance targets.
* Ensure business is coordinated and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
* Act as a point of contact for the Healthy Ealing Team.
* Coordinate external partners to ensure attendance at Healthy Ealing events.
* Provide specialist secretarial/administration for the Healthy Ealing team.
* Sort and prioritise all incoming mail and e-mail.
* Co-ordinate internal team meetings and relevant meetings with external partners.
* Support the Directorate in project management, including participation in events.

Qualifications
* Educated to bachelor degree level in relevant subject or equivalent experience.
Experience
* Experience in an NHS commissioning or contracting environment.
* Experience of developing relationships with stakeholders.
* Experience engaging with vulnerable or minority communities.
* Experience of minute taking and maintaining action logs.
* Experience of working in a project/programme management environment.
Knowledge
* Proficient in standard office software packages.
* Extensive knowledge of administrative procedures.
* Experience of organising senior level committee meetings.
* Understanding of event organisation processes.
Skills
* Able to communicate effectively and build rapport.
* Able to prioritise and time manage appropriately.
* High degree of numeracy and analytical skills.
