Nuffield Health is looking for a Technology Delivery Manager for an exciting programme of work within the Unified Comms & Telephony Squad to join us on a 9-month fix term contract until the end of 2025.
As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the PCI Compliance 2025 programme, working across multiple workstreams, including corporate and consumer payment compliance, telephony payment solutions, and payment system integrations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies with key stakeholders, and oversee the implementation of secure payment processes that align with PCI DSS standards.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Technology Delivery Manager with a strong track record in payment compliance, regulatory programmes, or large-scale technology projects. You will bring a strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful completion.
As a Technology Delivery Manager, you’ll bring:
* Significant demonstrable experience of practising and embedding at least one applicable methodology: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.
* Proven delivery experience in a complex technology environment with a high volume of change, balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
* Proven ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
* An accomplished, credible, and respected professional with well-developed stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation.
* A thorough understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery, and software development processes/lifecycle.
* Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Demonstrable capability to resolve conflict and to build, maintain, and utilise relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
* A collaborative working style with a relentless focus on delivering outcomes.
