Elliott Scott HR is pleased to be partnering a leading international Retailer based in Central London with their recruitment for a Head of HR/Senior HR Business Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Please note that this role is to start in March and whilst working a hybrid pattern, will require 3 days in the office.
We are looking for commercially focused Heads of HR or Senior HR Business Partners who have worked within fast paced and high growth international businesses.
The client groups for this role include corporate business teams, from Buying to Product and Merchandising.
Reporting to the CPO, this role will provide operational, strategic and commercial HR solutions to an assigned client group of c.300.
Working closely with the SLT, you will drive the HR agenda across a diverse client group.
Key focusses for the role will include Employee Relations, HR Analytics, Talent Management,
Change Management and Employee Experience.
As the Head of HR, you will work closely with the wider HR COEs in delivering a HR strategy focused on growth and change.
Our client is looking for proven HR professionals who are commercially focused and used to driving HR Change whilst remaining operationally focussed.
Previous experience must have included partnering Commercial and Corporate client groups at SLT level.
