Add and process sales quotes and orders on 365 Dynamics (training provided). Process FullStop Security orders and manage MAP pricing with retailers. Answer phone calls and respond to consumer enquiries and customer leads. Check orders with the sales team before processing and handle returns (including Bolt Swaps). Manage credit control with customers to ensure smooth transactions. Conduct market research to support business growth and strategy. Provide shipping quotes and assist with technical enquiries (e.g., "What bolts do I need?" or "How do I turn on my handset?"). Help prepare marketing and exhibition materials for trade shows. Assist with stock checks and inventory control to keep everything in order. What’s on Offer Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (pro-rata), including an annual company bonus.
