JDR are recruiting for Extrusion Machine Operators
Location: Knowsley, Merseyside
These positions are permanent with our client, a leading manufacturing business in the area looking to expand the current production team. You will be working within a busy production environment.
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday (Rotating weekly)
* 7am-3pm
* 3pm-11pm
* 11pm-7am
Please note: You will be required to work for the first 6 weeks Monday to Friday 7am until 3pm.
Pay Rate:
£13.26 per hour (reviewed after 6-week training period)
Shift allowance payable for afternoon shift - £64.54 per week.
Shift allowance payable for night shift - £146.70.

The Role:
* Operate and oversee extrusion lines, ensuring smooth start-up, shutdown, and efficient running.
* Monitor product quality in line with company standards.
* Follow health & safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
We are looking to recruit candidates who can demonstrate a strong work background in manufacturing; experience of operating extrusion machines is desired.
