We are seeking a flexible and talented individual to join our busy Estates team responsible for maintaining and operating the Demelza estate. This person will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a range of mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems throughout the hospices and retail outlets. You must be able to work reactively whilst also being able to plan pre programmed works, using there previously gained MEP experience. This role requires regular travel across our operating region. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use or access to reliable transport arrangements will be essential. This role will be Monday to Friday with a requirement to be part of an on-call rota.
