We have a rare opportunity for a customer centric manager with creative flair and extensive experience of delivering multi-channel strategies, to join the UK’s leading agricultural supply and rural retailing business to head up our Retail Marketing department. You’ll be experienced in generating demand through the exceptional execution of campaigns to drive footfall into our stores, alongside a highly skilled and committed Retail Marketing team. You’ll thrive within an incredibly fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, where marketing is a key driver in delivering and supporting continued business success. Responsibilities: You’ll partner with leaders within the business to deliver marketing plans that drive sales. You’ll have proven leadership skills and the ability to grow and develop your team. You’ll lead retail marketing for our 50 plus strong store network across the country delivering a return of over £615m. You’ll manage budgets and deliver against KPI’s. You’ll drive key campaign planning, market positioning and branding across retail. You’ll manage and execute tight deadlines across multiple projects.
