• Excellent salary up to £72,000 DOE

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Night Veterinary Surgeon to join two proudly independent small animal hospitals in West Sussex. Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to enhance their night teams at their state-of-the-art RCVS accredited hospitals. Their cutting-edge facilities include extensive consultation, surgical, and hospitalisation services. Among the advanced equipment available are in-house blood and urine testing laboratories, fluid line heaters, heat mats, and a Bair Hugger unit for maintaining body temperature during anaesthesia. The hospitals are equipped with comprehensive soft tissue and orthopaedic surgical tools, diathermy and suction machines, digital x-ray and processing software, a state-of-the-art ultrasound machine, and endoscopy with video screen, among many other advanced technologies.
You will join a team of experienced veterinary professionals, including certificate holders in Small Animal Surgery, Small Animal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care, and an RCVS Advanced Practitioner. Support will be provided by a dedicated team of Veterinary Nurses and a committed support staff.
The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an ECC environment. While a certificate in ECC is advantageous, it is not essential. Experience in coaching or mentoring is also beneficial.

• Full time role
