Our client is a prominent jewellery brand who focuses on innovative designs, bold creativity, and ethical sourcing. Admired for distinctive and meaningful pieces, they are celebrated by clients for their daring and luxurious fine jewellery collections.
This role entails actively driving sales within the flagship store, whilst building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
The Role:
* Driving sales whilst working towards commercial targets
* Nurturing authentic and long-term relationships with your clients, both new and existing
* Reflecting company values at all times
* Coordinating after sales and repair services
* Demonstrating in depth product knowledge throughout your selling ceremony
* Supporting the Retail Manager with reporting
* Working on in-store events
* Maintaining ambitious standards of personal conduct and presentation
* Assisting with daily operations, including stock control and transfers
* Generating e-commerce sales
About You:
* Previous experience with luxury goods (jewellery preferred)
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication
* Autonomous and proactive
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
* Proficiency with Excel
* Understanding of SAP
* Positive can do attitude
The Package:
* Up to £40,000 OTE
