We are recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join our award-winning Mortgage Brokers. The successful applicant must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with strong administrative, IT and telephone skills. You should be able to integrate into our busy office environment and interact with the mortgage brokers and administration staff.
Job Responsibilities
* Processing mortgage applications - ensuring all applications are accurate and complete.
* Organising and processing an active case load.
* Ensure all supporting documentation has been provided.
* Produce written correspondence to clients and lenders.
* Communicate regularly via telephone and email with clients, lenders, solicitors through to legal completion delivering excellent customer service.
* Working with the team to meet SLA levels.
* Office Based - No option to work from home.
Required Education, Skills and Experience
* Education level to GCSE (Maths & English Essential)
* Confident in using Microsoft software.
* Strong communication skills face to face and using the telephone.
* Attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST.
* Must have the ability to engage with others and be a team player.
23 days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
