This position is for a diligent and focused temporary accountant in the property and housing industry. The successful candidate will be a team member responsible for supporting the department in various accounting and financial tasks. Description Temporary accountant: Ensure all Accounts & Budgets are issued on time, are accurate and are of highest quality. Deliver to department productivity metrics and contribute to the team. Analysing financial reports, including data on income and expenditure and balance sheet. Strengthen relationships with Operations through refined and simplified processes. Maintain clear and accurate communications to line manager and the wider business. Take full responsibility of your own development. Any other tasks as and when required to enable smooth running of department. Profile Temporary accountant: Work towards a professional qualification (AAT / ACCA) would be an advantage but not essential. High attention to detail with the ability to see and challenge information. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and organised, able to prioritise own workload. A team player demonstrates working towards a common goal.
