Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of learning materials, facilitating classroom activities, and providing hands-on involvement, including supervisory duties.
* Provide high-quality person-centered education, learning outcomes, and care support to service users with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health, behavioural support needs, complex health, physical disabilities, and PMLD.
Key Requirements:
* Ability to deal with complex and challenging behaviour
* Willingness to work towards further qualifications and training as required for the role
