NWUPC Ltd are looking for an experienced Communications Officer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced communications professional who loves designing marketing collateral and developing engaging social media and digital activity that supports, promotes and enhances NWUPC’s brand across multiple platforms.
The Role
1. Maintenance and updating of branded templates and materials on a variety of media and platforms.
2. Producing communications collateral from initial concept, copy writing, design and commissioning articles through to production and distribution of the final materials across multiple platforms.
3. Support delivery of a schedule of communications collateral including, liaising with external parties including designers and printers.
4. Support delivery and maintenance of a useful and informative website which engages with and provides resource to a range of stakeholders.
5. Design and produce content for social media platforms in line with the communications strategy posting regular content to these sites maximising engagement with stakeholders.
6. Support monitoring of data to develop and enhance NWUPC brand SEO.
7. Use designated software to support Social Media activity.
8. Responsible for administration of the company’s CRM system including data entry, maintenance of information and reporting.
9. Support the production and distribution of communications materials to promote NWUPC and sector events such as annual conference, training sessions and webinars.
10. Support development of social media content to promote NWUPC and sector events maximising engagement with stakeholders.
