You will be working in the Away From Home channel, developing our direct food service route to market customers across Buying Groups and Direct wholesale customers in collaboration with the Direct Foodservice NAM.
Also, directly managing a portfolio of ~30 National & Regional accounts. Working cross-functionally with the wider Away From Home team internally and building best in class relationships with our external partners.
Responsibilities
1. Own agenda and lead the execution across your direct Foodservice customer base, incorporating JBPs to grow core business and expand our brand footprint across Independent Foodservice.
2. Own and develop customer wiring plans in collaboration with the Direct Foodservice NAM (including Buyers, Marketing, Telesales, RARA days, Sales Team engagement).
3. Execute marketing programmes, NPD and core range initiatives in line with channel strategy whilst driving the digital agenda within your customers.
4. Manage and develop cross-functional and AFH sub-channel relationships both internally and externally, representing customer and channel at key internal forums.
5. Support the development of the terms structure and revenue models in collaboration with internal x-functional teams.
6. Lead the strategy to win new business in partnership with your customers and New Business team, lead and own the tender renewals across customer base.
7. Own monthly reporting across both internal and external metrics to track, diagnose and course correct performance.

16. Well-developed analytical skills, combined with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
17. Strong ability to prioritise and multi-task
