For a few weeks whilst learning the role, probably will be 5 days in the office. Contract: Permanent Salary Range: £27-30k Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Times: 08:30am - 17:00pm, including a 1-hour unpaid break. Contractual 37.5 hours a week. Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays Notice: 4 weeks (after probation) Pension: As per auto enrolment We require somebody who is flexible and has HR knowledge. Certainly, somebody who has processed payroll on a monthly basis and added information into a payroll system. We use the Moorepay payroll and HR system. I don’t need somebody who collates the info and then sends it to somebody else to process. They will be processing it themselves with support / review from myself. Must be strong with admin. Attention to detail. Pace of delivery is important too. They will be working with me and you probably have an impression from me on how I like to operate. Must be supportive to colleagues across the business. We are a support function ultimately. Vetting experience would be good. Understanding of DBS / 5-year employment checks etc would be great. We are heavily regulated by the CAA so need somebody to stay on top of it. Strong excel knowledge is required. Lots of our information is on spreadsheets.
