We seek 4 dedicated L2 Analyst Shift Team Lead to join our Security Operations team. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our shift operations. The successful candidate will be the first point of escalation on shift, making triage and response decisions that do not require further escalation. Key Responsibilities Lead shift operations and serve as the primary escalation point during shifts. Co-ordinate rota changes to ensure full coverage of our clients. Provide performance input to analyst PDR process. Provide advice and guidance to client targets of cyber attacks and malicious activity to a high standard. Make informed response decisions that do not require further escalation. Organise shift tasks and prepare necessary reports. Assist in coordinating internal tabletop exercises. Triage customer alerts using certified systems knowledge. Responsible for delivering reports and system status to key internal and external stakeholders. Provide analytical support to other SOC team members during security incidents and Threat Mining engagements. Assist with the onboarding process and deployment of SIEM, EDR, and Vulnerability Management tools. Provide narrative and assist in the delivery of customer service reviews. Conduct and report on customer vulnerability assessments. Implement and assist in platform tuning in co-ordination with Engineering. Monitor and report on ticket KPIs for their shift in comparison to others. Driving efficiency and contributing to process development. Pre-Requisite Qualifications and Skills Completion of the Immersive Labs L1 pathway. Possess one of the following Microsoft certifications: SC-200 or AZ-500. Strong organisational and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. ability to adapt to difficult situations (high pressure situations may arise during ongoing incidents or attacks). Excellent communication skills and comfortable in a client-facing role. Additional desirable qualifications and skills SC100, SC300 Or SC400 Highly Desirable. A desire to further specialisation int one of the following areas, CTI, Incident Response, Forensics. Demonstrate exceptional customer value to our existing and future customers.
