Responsibilities:
1. Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality Food Technology lessons tailored to the specific needs of SEN students.
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
3. Develop individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
4. Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to ensure the holistic development of students.
Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
2. Specialised knowledge and experience in teaching Food Technology.
3. Understanding of SEMH, Autism and ADHD and experience working with students with a variety of special educational needs.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
5. Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
