£85 - £95 Per day
Responsibilities:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities
* Assisting students with their learning and development
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Minimum Requirements:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Relevant teaching assistant qualification
* Previous experience working in a classroom setting preferred
Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Knowledge of behaviour management techniques
Desirable Qualifications:
* Higher-level teaching assistant qualification
* First aid certification
Working Conditions:
* Working hours typically during school hours
* May require some additional hours for planning and meetings
* Work primarily in classroom settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
